The cottage is situated at a hamlet by the woods. 1 hectare of grass field is a part of it too. A little mountain brook flows through the location. An open air pool with a restaurant is situated not far from the cottage. In winter, there is a ski tow in the nearby village (about 1.5 km away), or there is the possibility of skiing on the plains under Mt. Ještěd where the artificial snow is made in case of the lack of natural one.

The new cottage equipped with central heating, 2 separate bedrooms, the total accommodation capacity for 7 people ( a possibility of 3 extra beds ), a bathroom with a toilet, hot and cold water from a public water supply, a common room with a colour TV and a balcony, a parking place in front of the building.
