A staircase leads from the garden to the 1st floor which comprises a lobby, kitchenette with refrigerator and cooker, modern bathroom with a shower, washbasin (both hot and cold water) and a WC and the main living room with entry to a balcony. The living room has dining table with chairs, a bed-settee and armchairs. Internal staircase from the living room leads to two attic bedrooms, each with two beds (one is 160cm long, suitable for a child or smaller person) From the garden there is an entrance to a separate ground floor living area with a second WC and a washbasin. Garden furniture is available for use by the guests. Access to the property is across a small private bridge over a brook, which runs along one side of the garden. Here is also a parking space for one car.

The chalet is ideally located for walks in the immediate proximity of the town – for example spa Rezek, Valley Peklo with an inviting restaurant and others. One can enjoy various activities including cycling (cycle hire in town), tennis, trips by car into surrounding historic towns and, of course, to Eagle Mountains (Orlické hory). Water sports and swimming can be enjoyed at Rozkos lake – approx.10 km away and there are swimming pools within short driving distance.
